Join the “Dear White HR Ladies” workshop to engage in a gentle and courageous space to connect with others committed to unpacking our roles as white HR Leaders. The session is a partnered collaboration between A Space for Radical Reimagining and #HRvsRacism.

The 2-hour workshop will introduce themes that target awareness building and sense-making through individual reflection and small group conversations with others that you may or may not know. While there will be a focus on white females in HR-related roles, the session is open to anyone interested in exploring ways to disrupt the barriers that create racial inequities in organizations and re-imagine ways to move forward. The goal is for everyone to leave with new insights and ways to take meaningful steps toward change.
