Gather with leaders and practitioners that work formally or informally in the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) space to explore ways to connect and collaborate with others in the field. We will use a structured yet flexible format to explore questions commonly heard from DEI leaders, practitioners and change agents during this time of uncertainty. How do we position ourselves to keep equity front and center during this disruption? How do we activate in support of those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 crisis? How do we take care of ourselves as we hold up complex, emerging spaces?
The session will be guided by Sonya Kaleel and Stacey Gordon, DEI leaders in service of equity, justice, and inclusion in organizations and communities. We believe another world is possible and hope to connect with other practitioners that are radically reimagining what's possible as we remain intentional in our collective work.
