This highly engaging, participant-driven working session creates a structured yet imaginative space to spark collective thinking. The working session is led using facilitation techniques that provide a container to include and unleash everyone in conversation. It provides a starting point for purposeful action, finding possibility in complexity, solving problem spaces, and re-imagining what is possible.

Supported in a real-time format and led by an experienced online facilitator using online meeting and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Docs, Mural and more.

Objectives

Ideal for senior leadership teams, employee resource or affinity groups, intact teams, leaderless teams.

  • Develop a shared understanding on differing views and questions

  • Experience an open yet structured conversation around questions that matter or areas where the organization wants to see change

  • Explore individual and shared ideas around ‘what’s possible’ in a courageous, imaginative and gentle way

  • Designed to allow for convergence, divergence, complexity, and new clarity based on participatory leadership principles

From Participants

  • "I found it inspiring and a great way to corral my 1000s of thoughts rolling in around in my head.  It is a very helpful process for an analytical but creative thinker, allowing me to slow down and actually begin to feel more focused.  I was also surprised that I felt a connection to the group – I am on a LOT of Zoom calls and many of them are awkward  making it difficult to really feel like I am part of a group with a common and productive purpose."

  • "I can’t believe how much depth and breadth we got to in just 90 minutes."

  • "Best investment of time I've made professionally and personally in months."

  • "Gave me ideas to move forward in uncertainty."
